Course Logistics

Target Audience

Individuals who assume a role in the State EOC supporting our Colorado community. This would include DHSEM Leadership and Team members, State Agencies with Emergency Support Function (ESF) roles, Recovery Support Function (RSF) roles, and Supporting Agencies.

IS-/ICS- 100 and IS-/ICS- 200, ICS-300, IS-/ICS- 700, IS-/ICS- 800
 

Course Description

This two-day course utilizes the FEMA ICS-400 curriculum and meets equivalency requirements established by the NIMS Integration Center for NIMS compliance. ICS-400 level training is targeted for command and general staff, agency administrators, department heads, emergency managers, areas commander and Multi-Agency Coordination System/Emergency Operations Center managers. Anyone registering for this course must have proof of successful completion of the following:  FEMA IS-700, IS-800, ICS-100, ICS-200, ICS-300 equivalent courses. Course topics include:  ICS fundamentals review for command and general staff, major and/or complex incident management, area command and multi-agency coordination.
